bl.ofdoom.com

bl.ofdoom.com is an automated real time blocking list generated from attempts to email nonexistent accounts, on a few domains.

It follows these rules:

• Each attempt to email a nonexistent address adds one point to the /24 net block containing the offending IP address.
• When the score for a net block is greater than 15, that /24 block gets added to the block list.
• When the score for a net block has not increased for 8 hours, one point is taken away every hour.
• When the score drops below 15, the /24 block is removed from the block list.
